About Us

Clepsydris is a board game helper app that helps you keep track of you gameplays. With subscribtion plan it offers cloud database backups and photo storage.

Our Customers

The App is free, but some of the Featrues are only available via In-App-Purchase or Subscribtion that also requires signing in anonymously or using one of the Signin providers.

Subscriber Responsibilities

When you become a Subscriber, you agree to the following:

• You are 16 years of age or older;

• You are not breaking any laws when you use the Services;

• You will not resell any of the Services; and

• You will not violate these Terms as a Subscriber.

If you become a Subscriber, you are responsible for the "Content" (defined below) and activities in your Account, for protecting your Content with a secure password and not sharing your password with anyone. We recommend using a combination of numbers, symbols and lower and upper case letters to create a secure password.

Appify reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time (even if you've paid for a monthly or annual subscription at the time of such action), without warning for any violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice or explanation and without liability, and can even take legal action if needed. Termination of your Account may include, in Appify's sole discretion, permanently removing your Content without warning.

You may cease use of the Services at any time. Even after you are no longer a Subscriber, you will still be responsible for the promises you have made to us about your Content. You'll be responsible for any damages that result from breaking your promises as further outlined below.

User Conduct

You may not use the Services to process Prohibited Content. “Prohibited Content” includes, but is not limited to, Content or other material that:

• Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, violent, offensive, constitutes hate speech or is otherwise inappropriate;

• Consists of copyrighted material used without the express permission of the owner or material that has been altered so that the copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice is removed;

• Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others including, but not limited to, intellectual property, privacy, publicity or privacy rights;

• Contains viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses or other forms of corruptive code, or any other content which may compromise the Services (collectively “Corruptive Code”);

• Advocates illegal activity;

• Violates any law or regulation;

• Harms or advocates harm against anyone, including minors; or,

• Provides a link to material associated with any of the above.

All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it. You are solely responsible for your Content.
